The Rockefeller Foundation wants to focus on what works in growing small business. And to discover the best ideas, the foundation announced a $1 million prize for the best job creation idea, particularly ones that employ young people. Judith Rodin, president of the foundation, announced the prize at a Tampa luncheon on job creation. She said they plan to do the competition virally, "watch for us on the Huffington Post and Twitter."
