[CEO Coaching and More]
Who: Entrepreneurial CEOs whose company is at least two years old and generates $400,000 in sales. See the CEO Coaching and More guidelines for additional qualifications and fees.
Created by the UMKC SBTDC, CEO Coaching and More is targeted at entrepreneurial CEOS who run high-potential, growth-oriented companies. The program provides you with experienced instruction that you can immediately apply to help improve sales, profitability and the economic impact of your company.

Helzberg Entrepreneurial Mentoring Program
Who: Business owners with at least three years’ leadership experience and annual revenues in excess of $1,000,000. See the HEMP program qualifications for additional qualifications and fees.
HEMP matches seasoned, successful entrepreneur mentors with less-experienced entrepreneur mentees. The program includes a one-on-one mentoring relationship, networking opportunities with peers and veteran business owners, exposure to mentoring skills that can be applied to any professional or personal situation, business educations discussing greatest successes and lessons learned from peers and top CEOs in the community, and field trips to locations of entrepreneurial interest within the Kansas City area.

Minority Business Alliance POWER
Who: Minority and women-owned business owners whose company is at least three years old and generates $250,000 or more in sales. Download the mentorship application for additional qualifications and fees.
As just one component of the POWER program, the Herman A. Johnson Business Mentorship creates and promotes economic independence and wealth among minority and women-owned businesses by connecting them to business consultants from mature local businesses in a three-year mentorship relationship.

Women’s Business Center
Who: Entrepreneurial women with annual gross in excess of $100,000 and at least two years’ business experience
KWBC’s mentoring roundtables are designed for women to share ideas, take part in creative brainstorming, network, create a support system, and continue to develop community leadership skills. Topics addressed include marketing, public relations, cash flow, HR, and strategic planning.
